- Refunds are applicable for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- Customers must request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact

- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

- Items returned without original packaging
- Requests made after the 7-day return period
