🔄 Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are applicable for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • Customers must request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact

💳 Refund Method

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

❌ Non-Refundable Cases

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Requests made after the 7-day return period

📦 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the product received is damaged or incorrect

  • Once your request is approved, the product may be picked up or you may be asked to ship it back
  • After receiving and inspecting the product, we will initiate your refund

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
  • It may take additional time for the amount to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
